  Rendering services to all persons, firms, entities, partnerships, corporations, associations, private or public or municipal or body politic, for credit reports or investigations and for collection of all sorts of accounts receivables or indebtedness in consideration of a fee;

 

  Assisting the general public in the credit investigations of prospective creditors and in the collection of monies which are or may be due them by virtue of any contract or quasi contract or all others arising out of any form of obligations.
