Vianney holds a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Commerce Major in Accounting from Urius College Butuan CIty, AB Philophy from St. Peter Seminary, Ampayon, Butuan City and Theology at Carmelite Monastery Broadway New Manila. He is specialized in Community Organizing both Urban and Rural Communities,
Feasibility Study Preparation on Agribusiness Projects, Micro Enterprise Banking and Deliquent Credit Management.
