COLLECTION PROCESS

  • ENDORSEMENT – Upon received of an endorsement from clients, the very first thing to do by the Admin/MIS is to allocate to a number of tele-collectors(ACR) and fastcall.

  • TELE-COLLECTORS-Upon received from Admin/MIS, all accounts should be fast called and segregate NCON and POS. Then NCON ACCOUNTS will be forwarded to SKIP TRACERS while admin/MIS prepare for the DL

  • SKIP TRACERS – Upon received from TELE-COLLECTORS, they will conduct a PV and BV visit to generate contact and/or serve DL or even negotiate LB

  • Tele-Collectors - are required to prepare a Daily Call Monitoring Report(CallMon)

  • Skip Tracers – will also prepare his Daily Ocular Inspection Report (O.I.R.)

  • Admin/MIS – will consolidate all Reports which includes PTP’s, Confirmed Payments, Payment Arrangement and Status of each accounts

  • After Skip Tracing via Internet and Field and Ocular Visit has maximized but then the accounts remain NCON due to UNKNOWN ADDRESSEE , MOVED OUT, DEMOLISHED ADDRESS and ETC. Another recourse being done is:

  • SSS Tracing of possible new address and Employer

  • COMELEC Data Base search

  • PNP Intel Tracing

  • Admin/MIS-will garner all accounts status from Tele-Collectors  and consolidate with the Skip-Tracers Report together with the  Government Agency Tracing Results every EOM

  • Submit to Bank Recovery Officer via email.

  • Admin/MIS – will received the FINAL SELECTIVE from every client and Prepare Billing for the Month.
